Sur Sarang Art has been established with the objective to facilitate a greater awareness and appreciation of the expanse and depth of Indian Classical Music.  Sur Sarang Arts wishes to provide opportunities to the already established lovers of the art, but also to generate new musicians to enjoy, engage and expand the beauty and excellence of Indian Classical Music among the future generations.

Aims & Objective of Sur Sarang Arts

• To promote Indian Classical Music and Dance and Visual Art in the UK
• To produce concerts, seminars, and exhibitions to popularise different forms of Indian Art – classical music, dance, and visual art. 
• To popularise Indian Classical music, dance, and art among local communities through collaborating with a wide range of organisations.
• To develop appreciation skills in Indian Classical music among British Indians as well as the wider community through seminars workshops and short courses.
•  To organise events inviting international and local artists 
• To engage the new generation in the process of training them through regular lessons in various forms of the traditional art
• To curate festivals, educational talks, lecture-demonstrations on visual and performing arts
